1 General Terms

By using the bazi33.cam website and all its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between bazi33 and the user.

These terms may change from time to time. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform means you have accepted the new terms.

bazi33 reserves the right to partially or fully suspend, modify or restrict its services at any time without giving any reason. All information, statistics and offers displayed on the platform are entirely at bazi33's own discretion.

Defined Terms

• "Platform" means the bazi33.cam website and all its sections.
• "User" or "Member" means any person holding a registered account.
• "Bonus" means any incentive money or benefit provided by bazi33.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a user on any game or sport.

2 Account Registration and Management

A valid personal account must be created to participate on the bazi33 platform. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled and funds being forfeited.

Information Provided at Registration

• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• bazi33 may request documents at any time to verify name, date of birth, mobile number and banking details.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If there is any concern about a security breach on your account, bazi33 support must be notified immediately. The user is responsible for all activities carried out from their account.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

The bazi33 platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. At the time of registration you must confirm your age and provide a valid identity document if required.

• Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• If a minor's registration or activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may not be refundable.
• bazi33 may request a national identity card, passport or birth registration certificate at any time to verify age.
• If you operate an account on behalf of someone else or through a proxy, your account will be cancelled.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer are accepted for depositing funds at bazi33. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The correct amount and reference number must be provided when making a deposit.

• Deposited funds are generally added to the account within a short time.
• If verification is required, there may be a delay in processing the deposit.
• bazi33 is not responsible for deposits made with incomplete or incorrect information.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request has been verified, funds are generally paid within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to registered payment methods.
• bazi33 has the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• If the wagering requirements of any bonus have not been met, the withdrawal request will be rejected.

Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bazi33 offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus.

Bonus Example

• If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.
• If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳22,000.

Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used once only.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If a bonus is not used within a set time period after it is earned, it will be cancelled.
• If bazi33 suspects bonus abuse, it may cancel the bonus subject to investigation.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• VIP cashback and other promotional offers are subject to separate terms and are announced separately.

6 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on bazi33 are conducted under the following rules.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is inconclusive due to a technical error, bazi33 may declare it void.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be declared void and funds will be returned.
• In live betting, a bet accepted before odds change is considered valid.

Cricket Betting

For betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket events, results will be determined according to the guidelines of the ICC, BCB and the relevant cricket board. In the event of any dispute over a match result, the decision of the official cricket authority will be considered final.

Casino and Slots

The results of all casino games and slots games are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG). There is no possibility of manipulation in game results and each spin or round is completely independent.

7 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Attempting any kind of fraud, deception or unfair advantage.
• Software bots, automation tools or any kind of hacking attempt.
• Claiming bonuses or promotional benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Accessing or operating another user's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing others or behaving offensively on the platform.
• Taking unfair advantage of a technical error.
• Betting with money borrowed from a third party.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

bazi33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during account registration.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Refusal to provide account verification information.
• At the user's own request.

Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a valid violation, bazi33 may forfeit the funds in the account. However, if the account is closed at the user's own request or for another reason, the valid balance will be returned through the regular process.

Closing Your Own Account

Any member may request account closure at any time via live chat. A self-exclusion facility is also available under the responsible gaming policy.

9 Privacy and Data Security

bazi33 never provides compensation for bets lost or missed profit opportunities by users. All risks of using the platform are borne by the user themselves.

bazi33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
